Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Delivery Times

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using Cyprus Post Office. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays
