Returns Policy

Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Trading Cards & Booster Packs: Opened packs or sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Collectibles (e.g. Funko Pop figures): Items must be returned in mint condition with original, undamaged packaging. Items with damaged, opened, or altered packaging will not be accepted.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@magicisland.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item back in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns

• Unused and Unopened: Items must not be used or opened.
• Original Packaging: Packaging must be intact, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Exchanges
